I spoke to Randy this morning about fixing a computer that we have, He was very informative, he looked up prices to give us an estimated cost and if the cost was gonna be over what we paid to buy our current laptop he informed us that it may be better to purchase a new laptop equivalent, he even sent me a comparable laptop close to the repair price. To me transparency is the most important thing when running a business, so whichever way we go I just wanted to say thanks and we will use his for future repairs.

Randy helped me out with a few things. I tought at first that I would have to replace my laptop pretty soon as it was getting super slow and I had driver issues. He not only fixed all of the problems. He upgraded a few things in my laptop and now it is running 10x faster than before. He basically saved me a new laptop! And more than that, we did everything over the weekend, so I did not miss a work day. 100% recommand!!

I called Randy early on a Saturday morning and he told me to bring in the computer and my earliest convenience. In an hour he had figured out the problem and had my computer back to me the next day.
